Al Smith, Founder and CEO

Al Smith, Founder and CEO, keeps Face to Face Live, Inc.™ focused on quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our products and services exceed our customers' videoconferencing and telepresence expectations. Prior to founding Face to Face Live, Al was one of the four founders and served as President/Vice Chairman of CSI Leasing, Inc. (previously Computer Sales International), growing the company for 33 years until he left in 2005 to start Face to Face Live. Al serves on the Board of Directors of IsoRay, Inc. (AMEX: ISR), is the Chairman of Doulos Ministries in Denver, Colorado, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Seminary in Phoenix, Arizona. Al earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. In addition to his many community service activities, Al enjoys playing golf and spending as much time as he can with his wife of nearly 40 years, Patti, and their two children and four grandchildren.

Bill McCormick, President

Bill McCormick, President, is responsible for the day-to-day management of all corporate activities. Bill also takes credit for assembling the incredibly talented and dedicated team that continues to develop innovative, high-quality products and services and does everything possible to ensure that Face to Face Live distributors and customers can tap the full potential of videoconferencing/telepresence in their organizations. Prior to joining Face to Face Live, Bill served as CEO for Shared Financial Systems, Incentive Logic, McCormick & Associates, and Source Computing, and as COO of Sypherlink and Banks of Computer Services. Bill earned his degree in Marketing from University of Iowa and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Grayhawk Community Association. He enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Lenny Convis, Chief Technology Officer

Lenny Convis, Chief Technology Officer, is the resident tech guru in charge of all internal technology needs for Face to Face Live. Lenny also assists in the implementation of systems, oversees Network Operation Center (NOC) operations and server maintenance, develops new system applications, and collaborates on product testing and Web administration. Prior to joining Face to Face Live, Lenny served as Network Administrator for Recreation Centers of Sun City (Del Webb), Store Manager at CWI Computers, and Level Three Team Leader at Target, and is currently furthering his education at Rio Salado College. When he's not tangled up in network cables, Lenny loves to spend time with his family, including his three children, and enjoys music, movies, computers, and volunteering at his church and local community events.

Andrew Adams, Chief Legal Officer

Andrew Adams, Chief Legal Officer, is the legal eagle for Face to Face Live, Inc., responsible for contract negotiations, licensing agreements, and providing general legal counsel. With more than 17 years in the legal profession, Andrew has a strong background in contract negotiations, intellectual property/software licensing, commercial real estate, international law, environmental regulations, telecommunications, energy, employment, construction litigation, and federal regulations. He has served as V.P. Legal and Chief Legal Officer for Brinkster Communications Corp. and in-house counsel for T-Mobile; Columbia Energy Group, Inc.; and Metricom, Inc., and has represented Williams Telecommunications and Duke Energy, Inc. Andrew holds a B.A. in political science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar. Andrew currently volunteers for "A Beacon in the Desert" homeless aid organization and enjoys music and spending quality time with his son.

Jean Lancaster, Vice President of Sales - National Accounts

Jean Lancaster, Vice President of Sales - National Accounts, facilitates sales of Face to Face Live telepresence solutions into large accounts, frequently teaming up with distributors to help them pursue accounts that have a national footprint. Jean has been involved in selling telepresence solutions since the inception of the market, giving her a unique insider's perspective on the origins and development of the market and technology over the past several years. Prior to joining Face to Face Live, Jean served as Technical Sales Consultant for Intergraph Corporation and Senior Sales Person for Hewlett-Packard. She has a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and her master's from Southern Methodist University. Currently, Jean and her husband are living at a camp that is under construction for Doulos Ministries, where her husband is overseeing  construction. The Doulos division named Shelterwood houses troubled teens for 12-18 months to help them get back on track. Jean enjoys reading, hiking, trap shooting, and spending time with her three grandsons... with one more on the way.

Ivan Teskey, CTS, ISF-C, Vice President of Integration Services

Ivan Teskey, Vice President of Integration Services, is the connectivity wizard in charge of technology, development, quality control, installation coordination, system training, and numerous other activities that are crucial to the communication and data transfer capabilities of Face to Face Live's telepresence systems. Prior to stepping into his position at Face to Face Live, Ivan served as Engineering Manager for CCS Presentation Systems and Senior Engineer at NETSIAN Technologies Group and Chambers Electronic Communications. Ivan is a graduate of DeVry University where he earned his degree in Electronics Technology. He volunteers at the Orme School of Arizona, where he assists with equipment donations and consults with technology development, and he enjoys spending time with his three children.

Darla McCormick, Vice President of Corporate Communications

Darla McCormick, Vice President of Corporate Communications, serves as the communications hub for Face to Face Live, taking on the responsibility for the day-to-day interactions with distributors, vendors, and the media. Darla also serves as President of our Southwest Region. Prior to assisting with the launch of Face to Face Live, Darla worked as Sales Executive at EDS, where she sold outsourced data processing services to corporations and as National Accounts Manager for Shared Financial Systems. Darla is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her Communications degree. In her spare moments, Darla enjoys travel; interior design; spending quality time with her children and four grandchildren; and volunteering for numerous organizations.

Dianne Meyers, Regional Sales Manager

Dianne Meyers, Sales Executive, likes to think of herself less as a salesperson and more as a consultant, assisting customers and prospective customers first in deciding whether videoconferencing/telepresence can benefit their organization and then in designing and implementing a solution that is perfectly tailored to fit their needs. Her biggest thrill is watching how blown away customers are when they see videoconferencing in HD. Prior to joining Face to Face Live, Dianne served as Regional Sales Director for Veraz Networks, Data Communications Consultant for US West Communications, Account Executive for Unisys-Network Enable, and Territory Manager for Network Systems Corporation. She is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, where she earned her B. A. in Economics, B. A. Spanish, and M. A. in Spanish Literature. When she's not assisting clients, Dianne enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping at the elementary school that her two children attend, and engaging in her favorite hobby -- photography.

Linda Sale, Administration and Accounting Manager

Linda Sale, Administration and Accounting Manager, heads up the finance department and handles administration. Prior to joining Face to Face Live, Linda served as Business Administrator for Eugene Bible College and the Salvation Army and had majored in accounting at the University of Phoenix. Linda and her husband recently returned to "The Valley" from Oregon. They have three children: their youngest is preparing to graduate from high school; another lives with his wife in Eugene, Oregon; and a daughter, who resides nearby with her husband and their two spirited sons. When she's not crunching numbers and overseeing daily operations at Face to Face Live, Linda enjoys singing and gardening... sometimes at the same time!

Pete Rusinek, WAN Engineer

Pete Rusinek, WAN Engineer, pulls it all together for Face To Face Live by designing and developing the WAN (Wide Area Network) architecture that carries Face To Face Live videoconferencing communications. Pete teams up with IT management, project managers, hardware vendors, and network providers to deliver technical expertise, network related documentation, implementation plans, and project updates that assist in implementing and maintaining the WAN. Prior to joining Face To Face Live, Pete served as Sr. Network Engineer for Cross States Development, Chief Technical Officer for NetDirect, and Senior Sales Engineer at Fore Systems, and earned his degree in electronics from Phoenix College. His hobbies include stained glass, lost-wax casting, working on old cars,  spending time with his two children and volunteering for several organizations.
