POSITION TITLE: Sales Partner
RESPONSIBLE TO: CEO, Face to Face Live, Inc.
STATUS: Full-time
COMPENSATION / RATE: Commission

Overview
Face to Face Live, Inc.™, an emergent videoconferencing solution provider (VSP) dedicated to delivering superior high-definition telepresence solutions to businesses and organizations in any industry or endeavor, is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Sales Partners.

Face to Face Live's Sales Partners operate from self-sustaining business locations around the United States and beyond, and are supported by a world class team of technology and administrative professionals in the company's corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Face to Face Live (F2FL) Sales Partners are responsible for all sales-related activities in assigned channels or regions. If you are serious about sales and videoconference-related technologies and are ready to get paid, then we want to hear from you.

Required Knowledge and Experience
Successful candidates need to have a proven ability for building and maintaining relationships, and shoud have extensive business contacts or demonstrated ability to quickly develop such contacts. Strong negotiating, writing, and verbal skills are essential.

Face to Face Live Sales Partners are innovative problem solvers who can consider any and all possibilities when trying to reach the sales, scheduling, and financial goals of a particular project. Other required knowledge and experience includes computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet; and, familiarity with videoconferencing and telepresence systems and uses.

Major Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain current product knowledge for all F2FL-supported videoconferencing equipment, service options, features, and benefits.

  2. Gather, maintain, and share current knowledge and information about competitor claims, products (including features and benefits), and levels of service, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

  3. Generate new business opportunities by successfully identifying and qualifying new sales leads and referrals.

  4. Present, sell, and close F2FL-supported products and services to current and prospective clients, which includes: identifying specific prospects; researching and obtaining prospects' business-related requirements; presenting F2FL's solutions; and, working with F2FL corporate headquarters to prepare and present pricing quotations and service agreements.

  5. Prepare and submit a variety of status reports, including initial and updated sales forecasts, activity logs, and other reports as requested.

  6. Stay on top of current and emerging trends in the videoconferencing/telepresence industry.

  7. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, and feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate corporate staff.

  8. Participate in mandatory F2FL-related product training meetings, sales forums, and other meetings as requested.

  9. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience selling or supporting the sales of videoconferencing and/or telepresence equipment and related service agreements.

  • Successful track record of selling business equipment or services to business accounts in a particular geographical region, territory, or state.

  • The ability to travel to prospect locations for meetings and product demonstrations.

  • A willingness to develop deep product knowledge and expertise.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation and product demonstration skills.

  • Proficient in basic computer operation, including but not limited to navigating the Internet; using programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and corresponding via email and instant messenger.

  • Fluency in additional languages- including German, Chinese, and French-is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements
Extensive use of computer keyboards and the telephone is required, as is the ability to lift and carry approximately 50 lbs to and from client demonstration locations. As noted above, some travel is required.
